Representatives of the National Agency for Cannabis Control (NACC) participated in the international conference “ICBC Berlin 2025” held on April 29–30, 2025, one of the most important conferences for the medical and industrial cannabis industry in Europe. The event served as a platform for sharing experiences, fostering international cooperation, and showcasing technological innovations in the sector.

One of the main topics was compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards, where the role of these practices in ensuring quality, safety, and transparency across the entire production chain was emphasized. Panelists shared practical experiences on how these standards are implemented, including environmental control of production areas, standardized operating procedures, continuous staff training, and rigorous product testing.

An important part of the conference was the dedicated fair for advanced technologies, where innovative solutions were presented for field testing and plant monitoring through automated devices and smart sensors. These technologies aim to increase product efficiency and quality while facilitating compliance with regulatory requirements.

For NACC, participation in this conference represents a significant step toward strengthening institutional capacities and staying up to date with the latest developments in the global medical and industrial cannabis industry.
